Halloween Theatre Time: Spooky Scenes and Creepy Rhymes

Get ready for a spook-tacular theatre experience with our special five-class October Wednesday's workshop!

Designed for theatre makers aged 6-10, this class blends the thrill of Halloween with the magic of theatre. We’ll explore how to transform spooky poems into theatrical pieces using a tableaux—a fun technique where actors create frozen images that link together to tell a story. We’ll also create short, seasonal scenes and play engaging Halloween-themed theatre games that spark imagination and build acting skills.

Whether your child is new to acting or has some experience, this class offers a supportive environment where everyone can learn and have fun. No experience is needed—just a willingness to jump into spooky, silly, and seasonal theatre fun while learning new skills!

The class may conclude with a short sharing session at the end of the final class, depending on what best supports the group’s learning and comfort level.

Please plan to attend all five classes except for illness or emergency.
